Hey all.. first 1 so here it is

Frames... i dunno about 500

distance is 150
turn frames is 10

-=Hold all=-Press c
Extend ... glutes and hips , ankles, abs

Contract knees and pecs

raise your shoulders and press space 5 times

Extend your knees

and this should decap his arms and head...

to just decap his arm......
