Question regarding Photoshop
I have photoshop CS4 (just got it yesterday) and I am wondering how do you resize the image + borders. (Never knew how so I always used gimp :/) This would save me a crapload of time on textures so please help.
i normally merge visible, the drag it into a new 128x128 sheet
doing things my way is a result of teaching yourself =P

Your way does not allow layers. Teaching yourself indeed =P

I find, when you shrink an image size, the borders blur slightly. Make sure to fix this or the back seam of the head texture will die horribly.

what the point of having layers? thats what the higher res copy is for ^^

duplicate layer and the seam is gone =P

or in cs4 change the sampling type to smooth bicubic

And whats wrong with Bendover's way? (which coincidentally bypasses the seam issue)

Also dont forget to shrink layer styles as well if you use em
...
if u merge visible, it saves things exactly the way they were, layer styles removed
