Before my pc got scrwed it had alot of programs. But now my pc was so screwed I had to Install vista again and erase all my programs. Tb looked and worked fine before when I had more programs but now My tb is scrwed up. the frames are always repeating in numbers and it's extremely laggy. Plz help.

Sucks... Well, I think removing every programs was a bit useless. Anyway, I think you'll have to re-update your drivers now (dont ? Dunno how to say this in english) your Gfx Card.

And what do you mean by "The frames are always repeating" ?
