Extend ankles
Extend glutes
Contract abs

Space X 3

Lower shoulders
Grabby hands

Space X 1
Shift + Space X 7

Press C
Contract pecs
Raise shoulders
Ungrabby hands

Space X 1

Lower shoulders
Grabby hands

Space X 1

Contract elbows
Extend pecs

Space X 4

Extend neck

Press P, or throw arms away... Use your imagination ^_^...
