how do u make a spinny head thing for a head shop

download gimp, then go to filters i think then rotating globe, im not sure, but it's something like that

thats not all make it 30 frames and then click the spinny globe thing, then when its a globe go to filters and click play back examine the head and save it as a gif animation save as animation.
