I have done everything other threads have suggested. I did /dl DarkBoof. I made sure shouts were enabled. I made sure the volume was up. I checked the custom folder, my file is there as it should be. It is a .wav file. And it is under 5 secs. Im pretty sure i've done everything right but to no avail. Could someone please help?

It might be a client side issue, try reinstalling your game, that typically fixes it. If you’re on steam, make sure you verify the cache integrity. If this is still an issue, please let me know and we will trouble shoot further!

keep in mind kiai's only sound out when you are in multiplayer and your round is beginning.
