so if you get scammed, too bad. i think you only get the tc they have on their account at that moment

The loans have been created by the players so it's not supported but if you get scammed like 10k if he have them they will ban him and give you your TCS back if he don't have TCS then they will check his inventory and find something who cost 10k and send it to you but sometimes it's alt who are scamming and sometimes you won't be payed back since they don't have stuff and the majority of the time they lose the TCS on duel so they can't send you back your TCS :/
