Direct download of the Headphones off the database:-
https://cache.toribash.com/objects/1980.obj
https://cache.toribash.com/objects/1980.tga
Put it in Toribash-x.xx/Custom/Starberry0.
Go to Items.dat and add this line in the end:-
OBJ0 1; 1 0 255 1 0 0 0
Now you should be able to see your Tori wearing headphones.
