My tc is stuck on 2,995 overtime I open tb, why?

Did you try to /dl yourself? Otherwise, go to a random server and add 1 tc to the decap.

Yes, the download never finishes, but even after I add to the dp, it shows me for a few minutes and goes back.

Well your trade history shows your tc going down so it's not a big deal(like you don't lose tc ever), just delete your customs folder and redownload yourself and it should go the correct amount.
