Does any of his art include heads are belong with watermark on bottom?
I am talking about the flat, since i bought them and there are tiny watermark on bottom right.

Yes it's his signature, you won't see it anyways once it's on the head. I think. Try it out for yourself.

Just tryin' to sell them but some guys said that watermarked flat 13chillz's are illegal.

not the name at the right he does that to every head
i mean what else could they possibly be
you can even see it in game

Its only logical to be suspicious if someone elses watermark or even some lines are above the whole texture. But if you have got proof that you have bought the texture, and you haven`t already sold it you can always swll it.

yeah, most of his finished pieces have a signature at the bottom.. it's not a watermark, just him signing his work

there are many occasions where you wouldn't be able to sell

what kind of occasions? If the art doesn`t belong to someone else it`s yours.
