How do you edit clans and promote members?

You should go into the Clans thread at the top of this pages. http://forum.toribash.com/clan.php
then at the bottom right corner click on "Edit" and ... Edit
About promotion you have to hold the left click of your mouse on the player's name and move your mouse .
