So yesterday I noticed this when I was checking my games played for a day in Ingame Earnings. Why they have a different value? Isn't Qi means your total games played too, right?

My Total games played : 5202
My Qi : 9,890

Oh anyway, I never bought a single Qi before.

It only counts the games played in public servers I believe.

It looks like you're right. I played 4 games today, 2 games in ESTourney and 2 games in lenshu3ng public room and my total games played only increased by 2. Thanks for the answer.
