Because the game isn't perfect at registering hits, just as any other game.
Its mostly because of the speed coupled together with your aiming. You only slightly touched the head, and with the speed of the kick it didn't register the hit.

you are literally like 1mm squared in ukes head with the foot, what did you expect.

I dont use edit because... idk i suck at replay making

then i suggest you to do something else. there's plenty to do

even the best replay makers had to press E.
