Who's got the highest win ratio?

Who has a good belt, but a low win ratio, even

I'm guessing there's 1,000 alts with 100% w/r

Tbh, This is something I've always thought about. NutHug's Is Outstanding at ~25,000+ games and 80% Win. But I saw a Master Belt with 99% (??!??!?!??!?) on the forums while looking at the very FIRST few threads ever made on 'Clan Discussions'

I remember hearing about sometime in 2007 or early 2008 where there was a update for winratios/matches played and to save time all existing matches played were converted into wins, hence why you might have seen a 2006/2007 master belt with 99% win percentage. I think every 2007 player is tainted in some way. Either I'm jealous of their win %'s or my suspicions are correct.
