not sure, pretty sure jepoy was a leader as well.

gold clan name means that the clan has reached legendary status, similar to legendary users.

there are some very old clans, Evil is the oldest clan that is still alive, though there are much older dead clans that were created before toriclans were a thing.

this has been explained countless times, fish set his clan's id as 1, it does not mean it is the oldest clan, not by a long shot.
