this may be inappropriate, but I cannot for the life of me find out which one of these things on the systems list is the graphics card. I did the FAQ's thing with the command prompt (I have windows). Is directx it? if so, I have DX 10. if not, I don't know and I have no idea what's higher or lower than the cards named in the faq. help?

also, I have vista home ed. if it matters.

I could be mistaken, but DX10 should more than run shaders. DX10 is what Crysis uses, is it not? If it can run Crysis, it sure as heck can run TB.

Try turning all of your shader options on, except for cell shading. Make it a value of 0. (off) Everything should look nice and clean.

DX10 is not a driver. That is a graphics library.

A graphics library sends info to the driver. The driver then either goes "oh ok", or "what the hell is this shit?". If it says the former, then the graphics card writes out everything and you get fun stuff on your monitor.
