Duel scamming. Apparently.

if you scam or do enough stuff to get banned repeatedly, you'll be played on the Ban on Sight list. Occasionally GMs sweep over his IP (TMK) and ban all the accounts linked to it. They don't hate him, they just ban him to avoid dealing with reports from him.

he scammed, got banned.. continue to scamm, now always gets banned.

But before that, he was a pretty nice guy to talk to. Sometimes.

He's a nice person, but indeed his loan scams are an issue in the community.

I think he just needs to let it blow over.
After that they take him off BoS, and if he proves worthy to stay off, well then, he stays off.
Well, at least that's what I've seen happen in other cases as such.

If he wanted to get out of the ban on sight lost he wouldn't have continued in the first place, but I suppose as donkey said, letting it fly would help, but, if you mean quickly, he would just use a vpn to bypass the ip sweeps, if you mean breaking the rules again
