how do you put a link in words or in like a picture?

for example when people have on there clan thread: Recruitment thread and you click on it and it links you to the page

After you have selected the word/image that you want to turn in a link, press this button


and c/p the link.

As WeppetKo said, you can click on that button, or you can manually type the tags.
Tags are [url=<link>]<text>/<image>[url] with instead of [url] as the last tag, you type [/curl] without the "c".
