The opener looks really akward. That jumped was really weird because of your right leg, which looked stiff.
The decap wasn't fluid, you should improve that.
Finally, your pose looks pretty rare. I made another pose for you to watch and improve. (The neck got fucked)

You should improve in all aspects. When I started doing replays (not many weeks ago), I did a replay every single day, trying to improve my fluidity and my boomhits. You should do it too, that would help you a lot.
