How to get this item?

you had to win summer slam event (I think that's what it was called), each team had a totem of their leader if their team won.

It was the prize for the event called Toribash Summer Camp hosted by The God Team.
In this event, participants picked a team in where they competed for points (wins) in
many different mods... (More info is on the thread linked)
..The winning team's members then received a totem of their leader's head. In this case,
the winning team was #TeamMwah and hense, the Totem of Mwah

There is no way for you to acquire the item anymore.
For a day or two after the item was sent out to the members, there was no Qi restriction, so any one could
sell theirs and stuff, but then the Item Forgers added the Qi restriction of 1000000 Qi.. Meaning non-tradeable.
