fraps is what most people use

Most use fraps. I don't personaly but some other programs are:
BandiCam(Trial free forever but only 10min videos max)
Action! Also free trial but records great! (ConCon19 uses Action! for an example)

ok but I want to know how I can record like (ive got the program and all) I just need to know how I can record like movie makers do

because when I use free cam it goes all bumpy and doesn't look great

you have to learn how to use Keyframes. To set a keyframe, press "k". This creates a point that the camera will go to when the replay is played. Keyframes are hard to master, but look great when done properly.

and what does I do cause ive pressed it in game before and it says ingame recording

Use Fnugget's freecam script, you can find it in the scripts section if you search for it
