can it change to a darker color with fpt?

If you mean using a black colored FPT, then no. I tried using a white circle FPT, and it showed up as a circle. I used a black circle FPT, and it was invisible. So other color's don't really make a difference to how white it is, and the randomness of the flashes of color.
