You can add it as a shared bank by going in the forum shop and clicking on Shared Banks, under the Account tab, on the left. Then, press on Open Shared Bank, and that account is now a bank. You can give people access to the bank, without giving out its password, as well as removing their access. The people you give access to can transfer that account's tc, items, or both (depending on which one you choose) on their own account.
