Hello good people. So I created this Soviet Bear head texture, I was using GIMP and it took me about 7 hours to finish. I'm quite happy with the result yet I'm looking for improvements, that's why I thought I'd ask you to comment and to criticise on it.

the hat looks like its too high in my opinion.

make the mouth darker and some more contrast between eyes and face or just draw black edges around them.
