My head lands on the ground in Aikido in singleplayer, the neck joint turns blue, and then it makes a sound like "ah aah aaaah ah". WTF?

When you fracture your neck, it plays a special choking sound, cause, well, you broke your neck.

Or in 360_blender when you just right rotate chest then the other persons neck breaks when it drops head first
