How to do a fast kick?
I'm totally new at this game
Every time I try to kick fast but it
Goes slow can someone plz help me?


I'm at orange belt
Getting your center of mass small helps, and rotating your chest and moving your pecs with your chest help, and having your knee relaxed lets it hit then snap back.
Try experimenting with the joints and learn how they work. Slowly but surely, you will find a style of playing that suits you best.
try extending both hips and counter your legs ( extend/contract-contract/extend)
add some body mass with arms and torso and heyho youre done
