its probably that trolling group, some1 that i cant remember the name created the code @ # W # @ (without the spaces) that can assume the name of the one that is logged in

It shows the name of whoever is reading it, so for me it says "Immortalpig fanclub" or whatever.
<Faint> the rules have been stated quite clearly 3 times now from high staff

Should be a lower-case 'w'

EDIT: and it doesnt seem to be working for me either, though it works in the groups still.
