Replay controls broke?
I cant speed up or slow down my replays anymore. Theres not even a speed counter at the bottom right. Anyone know how to fix?

You have to let a replay play until it finishes, then the next time it replays the ',' and '.' will work.

In version 4.8 I do believe that replay speed was removed.
There's only a load option, and even if you do let the replay play all the way through, the speed meter in the bottom right corner still doesn't appear.
