I was thinking of making a ghost like set with the background being a lower opacity meaning you can see through it. But I when I try to upload it as a png file it's a solid texture instead of what I want. Is it possible to have semi translucent texture set?

I believe 75% of the texture has to be visible for it to be legal, that means only a quarter of it can be translucent

I thought it was 64%
