Hi, i want to know what's the diference in Off-Topic and Discussion...
AND i want to know what questions i can use in Off-Topic and what questions i can use in Rapid Threads.

Off Topic is basically small discussion on basic subjects whereas discussion is, as it says, more serious talk.
Rapid threads are pretty much for quick questions, like this one.
The descriptions of each topic pretty much sum it up.

You might be thinking of the generalized questions such as "what genre do you like?" or "what's you're favorite force/relax combo?". Those topics are made for small discussion, and getting the opinions of the public, whereas rapid threads are mainly people looking for a single, solid answer.
