With the current rates, 1usd/7k tc, altough you can find worse/better rates from some players.

I thought 1 = 10k?

there was never 1dollar=10k tc since the end of 2013

the rate now is 6,5k/dollar or it might can go up to 7,5k/dollar but its rare and only if you buy as bulk

If you spend a lot of money people raise their rates, some go to 12k / USD

Lol, what do you mean by a lot of money? I sold 2 millions TC with $1/7k rate.
Usual rate is 6.5-7.5k/USD

I know many people whose rates rise depending on how much usd your spending

But since most people won't really like to go as low as 6.5k
I see alot of people selling for 7k, and 7.5k

I´m one of the verry few left that goes by the 10k/usd rate
However i do not sell as frequently annymore

In other stages the absolute best rate to get is somewhere at 6 to 8k per Usd

I used to sell tc at 10k/1$... and i'll probably do it again when i get more than 100-200k.
