Yes that's what it's called, it is a physics based racing and demolition derby game all about huge crashes and awesome carnage. http://www.nextcargame.com/ is their website and currently it's in alpha and you can get it for 30 dollars, but there is a free tech demo at http://nextcargame.com/free-technology-demo/ simply put in your email and they send you a download link. These are the same people who made the Flat Out series and Ridge Racer: Unbounded. Here is an excerpt from the website

Loved flatout and this looks like an improved version of it, should be fun.
