It is a cross between a kamehameha, and bruce lee's one inch punch.
The technique guarantees victory to the user if used properly, and almost always awards a decap no matter where the opponent is hit. However it may take years to perfect, and use in battle. He probably was not skilled enough, and the mental strain caused his head to sever and dismember itself from the host's body.
If you ever run into someone who can use this technique, just leave the match while you can it isn't worth it.
