wheres the minimum brown belt?

sounds interresting like the old days didn't play a tourney in quite a while just duelling

I've noticed this, but I've also noticed there haven't been tourney farmers on ban list for quite a while. I think these might be collerated.

On the other hand, I think it's actually better now, as alts can go there and earn some tourney TC to start duel with, instead of having to win in beginner rooms to earn starting capital. Practically the very most players in those rooms are still brown belts+ anyway.
