Like the title says, what happened to the Public Jousting server?

I've been playing on it for a few days since I started playing Toribash, but it's not in the list anymore.

Will it ever return? I love the mod, but since I got a blue belt (only god knows why I got blue belt in 3 days) I cannot join the Intermediate or Noob servers anymore while I'm clearly still a noob -__-.
