How do you make flames?
Flame particles? how?

Flame particles are for making an image appear as each of the small/huge particles the flame generates.

To make a flame you use the in-game forger, found in Setup>Utils>Flame Forge

I know how to do that but

I saw a person selling a flame
what does he mean by selling the flames?
Does he give out the formula with the textures (flame particle texture)?

Once you've spent the money to forge a flame, you possess an item with all the "codes and values" you're talking about that's tradeable.

It's literally a new item you create when you flame forge.
