the game is deadly only 1 winner will survive anyways are the others gonna be permabanned?

Not permabanned, that would be outrageous.
The users in the last Deadly Game were only banned for a day or something like that.

Last time it worked like this:

If you failed at the first riddle you got banned for one day.
If you failed at the seventh level you got banned for seven days.

Pretty sure the official rules say that you get banned for the amount of days you have been in the game - eg. 1 day playing = 1 day ban, 5 days playing = 5 days ban, and so on.

(There are no official rules but I've talked to one of the sub-organizers/people who know their thing and that's what they said.)

Mhm interesting so if the rules are changed then maybe all of us might be dead XD
