Yes, but you will not be able to play multiplayer on the version. It's too old and out dated for the new server system.

Jar mind says that toribash versions older that 3.94 are practically useless seeing how you can't patch them and they don't support anything below 10.5.8 iirc.
What kind of Mac are you on? It might be possible to download 10.6.8 if you have the correct MacBook.

Thanks, but I don't really want to upgrade but I have thought about. I have downloaded 4.41 but when I open it up, it crashes like it does when my version is out of date for the game,

Yeah sorry, pretty much the only option is to update your OSX. Otherwise you won't be able to play toribash at all. Or at least thats how I understand it.
