OP so can the owner of a thread rly 'ban' people from his thread and then admins like bees come and infract 'ban list' people for posting on the thread after the warning of the thread owner? :O

I'm pretty sure in normal threads if they aren't doing anything against the rules you can't, but if you tell someone to stop posting in your clan thread and they continue to post you can report them and they'll receive a warning/infraction.

No, threads makers or OPs do not have those permissions.
