I have made a 512x512 head, but I dont have the 512 item. How do you make a head look 512 client sided?

Make a new folder in the customs folder named "1" (take that as an example) and save the 512x512 head as a tga file, name it head, and it will be called head.tga, put the file in the folder "1" and go to free play and type /lp 0 1
