I forgot my password and the e-mail that i used to create this account got hacked and then banned. Is there any way to find out my password or will in have to create a new account?

I suggest you get in contact with an admin to try and resolve the matter. You'd need to dig up any possible proof of ownership of the account. They can check up on several details to confirm.

However, If you are not particularly attached to the account then it's easier to just start fresh.

did u played on your comp with that account already?
if u did, there is probably the password saved in your toribash folder.
just open the "tb_login.dat" with texteditor or something, then u should see the account name and password.

if u didnt, then just forget what i said and do what marcus said.
