Well, most of the other applicants left after we nearly closed, and I'm still looking for someone to help pull the slack. (IE: Co.)

He's not as much of a sarcastic asshole anymore, and genuinely wants to help. I've seen him try very hard to help us become better. I think he's worth a shot, but I'll let the votes decide.
