So Skrillex just came down to South Africa for his mothership tour
with 12th planet(who I like alot) and alvin something who was shit
with two local supporting acts, haezer and niskerone
And while Im not the biggest Skrillex fan, I missed deadmau5 and avicci when they came down, and i felt shitty about deadmau5 espacially, so I thought I really should go check it out.

really wasnt disappointed, never been to a gig of that scale befor, and was quite overwhelming at first.
saw Kings of Leon live, and they really arent comparable, seeing bands is just like watching a performance, watching a DJ, it was like a massive club with 50 000 people.

the visuals and lighting were insane, they really went all out
just a pity there wasnt enough volume, could have a conversation with friends mid song, really wanted mind numbing bass and volume =/

Really makes me jealous of the euro/american gig scene.
think Ive caught the gig bug, not missing another one of these big dj's again

was it very loud

I don't know if i am too late but.. i was at the Modestep "Evolution Theory"-Tour-concert in vienna.. may you know them. was pretty sick!!
