Can someon give me a Sound with the Right File type apperntly i cant figure it out

When you have the sound you want to use, change it to .wav format using an online file converter, and make sure that it's not longer then 5 seconds. That's all there is to it.

I know, but when I try to change sound, it doesn't work. It say "sound upload", but in game I always hear my old sound. (sorry for bad English).
