Im looking for a head texture for 200 TC which is for the 128x128 head texture. Here is some more detail on how i want it:

I want it to be Manga based,
I want a clean head (No scars, blood etc)
I want it to have long hair, coloured gaia
I want it very stiff (Like only one colour for the hair and skin, Etc)
I want the eyes blue if possible
I just want a smile, not a grin or something like that
I want it to match the gaia force colour
Last of all, I want it to have black whiskers. Just short ones (like the pne Naruto has)
