have you tried /lb?or /listbuddy?or try going into toribash folders(click data and then open buddies .txt file).
Are you talking about the no longer existent "friend list", or the contact list. If it's the contact list, click on the community tab, it's a tab towards the top of the screen. then select the contacts option.
