How to view the deactivated of someone?
But I know how to view my own deactivated lol! .__.

Click on the name of the person and you should see deactivated inventory.

Well, if you can't find their name, the most easiest thing to do is:

How you get that?


Note: If you're using this method, clicking on random names to check their inventory won't affect since you'll be changing the name.

Then, go to the address bar, click on it. It should be something like this:
http://forum.toribash.com/tori_inventory.php?userid=<Number>

Replace the 'userid' with 'username'

Which makes it:
http://forum.toribash.com/tori_inventory.php?username=<Name here>
