Is head recoloring allowed? i recollered oblivion's head myself and changed the skin to white and the hair purple. I know head copying is not allowed but is Head recoloring allowed?

No because its still not your art work all you did was change the color. Its like plagiarizing but putting two of your words in.

Unless the original owner says so, you cannot recolor his head and use it/sell it. It is because recoloring is considered a minor change and does not make the texture entirely yours. If done, you will be punished as a plagiarizer.

You are sure allowed to recolor it.
But you are not allowed to wear it, sell it, give it away, or in any way say its yours.
