I am trying to learn how to make a sewed mouth for a head but I just can't get it right.. can someone give me a simple drawling/pic/tut of it.

Google works just as good, but I guess laziness played a big part in this situation.

It's not very common to see a head like this. I encourage you to try it yourself, and make improvements how you see fit.

You can get some examples there and try work with it i believe some have made it a toribash head and a friend has one i think i will check and repost later

You weren't very specific in what type of sewed mouth you were looking for, so i am going to assume you want a ragdoll styled sewed mouth.

It's actually quite simple.

You start out with a horizontal line curving depending on whether you want him to smile, frown or just poker face.
Then simple either add curved x's along the mouth line, or simple curved vertical lines.

Here are some examples.
