It's not, but surely helps a lot.
There are dozens of running styles, it's rather easy to come up with your own once you know the basics and those vids show things you should pay attention to.

Anyway, when posting all kind of tutorials, be sure to mention the founder of the idea/creator of tut - what you did is just text version of 'verax run'. There was advanced text tutorial of running by verax, those videos were just a addition, but it got lost in that forum hack/backup.
Still, he should be given credits for his work.
